You need a Reference Number in order to pay online. Reference Number is found at the right Top form of the Tax Invoice. In order to obtain the Tax Invoice you first have to book online, a Tax Invoice will be sent to your email.
Payment Terms: Please not that a refund will be processed in consideration of the Xomae Group (Pty) Ltd Cancellation Policy. Xomae Group (Pty) Ltd will only process refund to the Credit/Debit Card Account which was debited.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing by fax or email; if a booking is cancelled, cancellation fee will be charged as follows::
- 2 months prior to travelling dates 75% of the total costs
- A month prior to travelling dates 50% of the total costs
- less than a month – no refund
